At settlement, you will meet your Customer Care Advocate, who will be your champion through your warranty period and beyond. Our Customer Care website makes it easy to schedule warranty appointments to resolve any issues that may arise over time. Additionally, our scheduled 11-Month Warranty Appointment ensures that we capture all items before your warranty expires. You can rely on us. That is why, for 60 years, Van Metre has been building trust and homes.
