First, we will schedule you for a Pre-Construction Conference, and Pre-Drywall Demonstration to instruct you in the construction process and keep you apprised of progress.
At your Pre-Settlement Demonstration, you will have the opportunity to review and approve every detail of your completed home.
After settlement, our 60-Day and 11-Month Warranty Appointments offer you an opportunity to resolve issues that may arise over time. You can rely on us. That is why, for over 60 years, Van Metre has been building trust and homes.
